OUR FEES:

All work is undertaken by Raghib Ahsan who is a solicitor qualified for over 10 years.  His hourly rate is £220.00.  The firm is not VAT registered and VAT is not payable on our fees.

Our fixed fee rates are:

Spouse visa      £700.00

Visitor visa      £250.00

Further Leave to Remain or Variation of Leave   £800.00

Indefinite Leave to Remain    £800.00

EEA nationals and family members   £550.00

Long residence  applications  £1,000.00

Regularisation of overstayers    £1,200.00

Domestic violence victims     £750.00

Bereaved partners     £750.00

British nationality applications    £360.00

Appeals to the First-tier Tribunal    £1,500.00

Our fees for all applications cover assessing the case; advising on the law and the best way forward; gathering and assessing documents; preparing statements; making the application to the Home Office; dealing with all correspondence up to receiving the decision; advising on the next step.

Our fees for handling an appeal to the First-tier Tribunal cover assessing the merits of the case; drafting an appeal application; advising on evidence; gathering and assessing the necessary documents; obtaining an expert report if necessary; drafting witness statements and representation at the Tribunal.

Disbursements are payable in addition to our fees.  These are:

Home Office fees – as detailed on the UKVI website

Appeal fee for oral hearing  £140.00 per applicant

Expert report fees – can vary from £600.00 to £1,800.00.  Fees would be agreed in advance of any instructions.

Counsel’s fees – can vary from £500.00 to £2,000.00.  Fees would be agreed in advance of any instructions.

Once instructed we aim to submit applications to the Home Office as soon as possible and usually within two weeks if all documents are available.  Appeals are submitted promptly and within the deadline.  The Home Office can take up to 6 – 12 months to deal with applications.  The First-tier Tribunal takes between 9 and 12 months to list a case for hearing.
